| Service VERY SLOW. Has deteriated a lot since last Christmas.2009 Long time to wait between courses. Food at our visit very poor Seating rather cramped with very heavy chairs.We wouldnt go there again especially as we took a disabled group of 20 people with us. Christmas dinner VERY dissapointing. | I have used the restaurant on many occasions. Prices are typical of pubs in Sussex. Food was good but did deteriorate on some occasions. The bar is full of smoking bores, no one speaks or welcomes you. Glasses were clean and the beer OK. Bar staff prefer to sit & smoke with their mates.
