Recently moved back into the area very close to the Fred after an absence of 20 years or so. The place really hasnt changed - thats not a negative, its a great local's pub with excellent bar staff who make you feel welcome. Nice pub.. bushwhacker1 - 5 Dec 2007 13:56
I too have lived local to 'The Fred' for years - its a very nice pub, excellent staff and landlord and a really homely feel. selectivealedrinker - 22 Mar 2007 15:24
Although I've lived in this area for 10 years I'd never come across this out-of-the-way pub until I read the reviews on BITE. It's a nice, old-fashioned sort of London backstreet pub with a good range of ales, when I visited in the afternoon it was quiet but with a nice friendly atmosphere. Only drawback is they don't do ffod. bromleyjon - 25 Feb 2007 07:59
Second place to the Red Lion in my opinion. Nice pub though jka94036 - 22 Oct 2006 15:25
