This is now the Foundry, and a very nice pub it is too. I would recommend for Friday night drinks with an eclectic, friendly crowd and happy, fast wrokign staff!

Isn't this pub now called the Foundry? I went there yesterday and it was much better than the first couple of reviews.

Is this the same pub I spent a lovely, sunny, lazy Sunday afternoon in last week? The very bored staff were lovely and chatty, the atmosphere, though quiet, was typical Brighton and very chilled, and we will definitely come here when we next come to Brighton.

Not impressed. Just had that feel about it, you know that - I'll just have the one and move on somewhere else - feel. Barman charged me £1 more for the same drink than he charged one of the locals but I didn't bother saying anything. Don't think you would find me there on a Friday / Saturday night.

This place was bad when it was packed with postmen from over the road. They've mostly gone now, but it's got even worse! Poor beer, dirt everywhere and Chavs on the pool table. Nasty.
