| This pub is being refurbished at the moment. The workmen were actually on site working when I visited, so it would be unfair to comment on the décor although the small front room to the right as you enter looked to have been completed and looked pretty comfortable. There’s a garden to the rear and a conservatory across the front of the pub. I could see four handpumps although I think there were more in the room to the left, but as that room was being worked on I couldn’t get in to see. Two beers were on Banks’s bitter and Wye Valley HPA. I had a pint of the HPA which was excellent. It looks promising in here. ROBCamra - 14 Jul 2009 11:17 |
