| Very civilised pub, you could take your mother there. Decent beer, couple of bench/tables outside for smokers. Bit of a gastropub (dining room upstairs), tho I wouldn't make a special trip for the food. But Bath is full of eating places. MrBlue - 9 Jun 2008 14:08 |
| very posh, but in a good way- seem to rmember whitewashed walls and some nice ales....Bath Gem maybe. Was very nearly our local, but got beaten to a house just down the road by 5 minutes! Worth the stroll up Lansdown or Victoria park, oh the toilets are downstairs to the right of the bar, I couldnt see any signs (which doesnt mean there werent any, just that it was the 7th stop on a pub crawl and you know....) 8/10 lg06111985 - 13 Jul 2006 22:22 |
| Nice pub set in residential streets to the north of the city. Recently refurbished in an understated way, good beer and wine, food looks good although I haven't tried it. Bar staff very friendly.
