I think they should re name this site- ' food in the evening' I think this would fit the bill nicely.

Can't you all go and find a site on food, people are not interested in places where you go and stuff your faces with a dozen screaming kids in tow.

Their pubs for christ sake...saddos

Oh what a night! We have just been on a Halloween evening for the children, everybody had such fun, the atmosphere was electric, I lost count of the times I heard 'wow' coming from people. The evening finished with spectacular fireworks, THANK YOU! The children in the village and surrounding villages haven't had so much fun. Brilliant party bags were given out as well. Oh, and the food was as good as ever! Despite being busy the staff were still smiling & friendly. Well done Karen & Mark many congratulations for turning the pub around.

Excellent food, beautifully presented, superb childrens menu, it's so refreshing to see a childs menu with 'proper' food on it rather than the usual sausage/burgers/nuggets etc. very friendly staff to adults and children! We often eat there and yes the locals aren't too bad either!
