This has now been closed and boarded up for quite a while, I do not think it will be reopened.

Changed hands yet again, bloke fron Northern Tavern, pub no better though, only Master Brew, 3.7 OG 3, disappointing taste, seem to remember many more taps the last time I was here.
Don't think I'll bother to revisit until it changes hands again, probably not long, can't understand a brewing company not selling it's brews in it's own pub.

This pub is now "GAY" thanks to the new landlord (Beryl) who is the old landlord from the Queens Arms on George Street in Brighton.
No food, no real ale and all the Kylie you can listen too !
No thanks, Kemp town doesn't need another Gay Bar
The Stag used to be a great pub with sports, karoke and decent food.
Now it is just rubbish, don't bother going spend you're better staying in
