| what's happened to loughton recently? bars full of big brother wannabes and blokes with rubbish mohican style haircuts, sheep, all of them. if that's not reason enough to avoid, they also play the WORST music around; crappy 2 step r'n'b dross. aaarrrgghh... | WHY O WHY Close down the standard ok the standard did have its bad point like it had never been cleaned since the 70s but it was great for football nights the beer was average price the punter were quality people.
