| This is a very casual easy going suburban pub. The owner comes out from behind the bar and has a drink and is friendly, and remembers you if you have been in recently. | Shite, or as the locals would say shoite. When I went here there was a bloke with a 'tache wearing a sparkly jacket singing along to tunes he was playing on an electric organ. | The Brackenbury Arms (formerly the Wheatsheaf) is a pretty good example of pub hell. A characterless, featureless, modernised pub with keg beers, hollow atmosphere, bland décor, rubbish music and just when you think it can’t get any worse, 2 screaming 6 year olds messing around on the pool table.
