Immaculate back street (where the houses are no doubt in the millions!) pub.

Saturday afternoon and I was the only punter. Number of humans doubled by the silent barstaff, obviously wondering how she was going to get through the day.

Its a shame, as the decor and beer (shepherds neame) were both first class. You could even save the price of the Times, read theirs and help contribute to the local economy.

My visit blogged at http://bit.ly/2nw0e2o

Went in after work. As previous reviews not many people were in.However great bar staff very friendly people at the bar, decent beers, soon felt at ease . Working in the area for the foreseeable future . This could become my favourite pub in Greenwich. Definitely worth a visit. I will be back!

Reasonable locals' pub, Shepherd Neame which is unusual around here, too far out of the centre of Greenwich and away from the park to be much other than a backstreet local I think but does all right at that.

went in on june 22 the 7 of us doubled the customers .very quiet for a sat night .good beer though, and had a good chat to the landlord about the closeing down of some of the pubs in the area ie the royal george, said it was lack of custom ,when we left there were only 6/7 people in the place now thats a lack of custom on a sat night which is a shame because this is a smashing little pub and is well worth popping in to .PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL IN GREENWICH

Friendly pub, with decent food and beer. Away from the town centre, but still has a steady stream of customers, especially on quiz night. Definitely a locals pub, but worth a journey if you're looking for pretty corner of Greenwich for a pint.
