| Recently taken over by Carol and Bryan, who offer decent pub grub (superb venison roast and delicious steak) and well-kept real ale (Greene King plus guest). There's a large garden with a children's play area, and it's close to some great walking (there's a boot cleaner around the back for those of us that like a pint after a walk).
