| A pub worth seeking out - looks like it could do with a coat of paint outside but architecturally old/interesting. Food good value - had a ploughman with all the trimmings and drinks not bad either. | A pub i have never returned too,and heres why,went in for a meal bought a drink,and took the large leather envelope shaped menu.I duly noticed a couple of tables set out for food,so duly sat in a vacant place.Only to be ushered out by the landlady.I sat in the bar area thinking how rude.Getting to the end of my pint she came back with a pad wanting to take my order,no thanks was my reply and duly drank up and left. anonymous - 25 Aug 2006 19:51 |
