Super pub for that special occasion meal alongside a good pint, Salopian ales and Jennings. Quite simply the best steaks and mixed grills in Shropshire. Varied menu, huge portions. Attractive, spacious interior on two levels. Excellent service, especially barman Mike.

Husband use to come here about 6 years ago and raved about the steaks, finally found the pub again, went for a meal and have to say great pub grub. Not haute cuisine by any stretch but just really tasty food, friendly service and a very pleasant time.

The Bull is now back at the top of my "special occasions" list and was visited by myself and family for a great birthday meal. Also been back several times since working my way through the specials board!!
People used to travel for miles to have a steak at the pub and once again it is worth travelling to- but not just for the steaks, the menu choice is superb, with most dishes being home made using local produce.
If you like a real ale there is a choice of 3 including one from a local brewery.
A beer garden is under construction and with Summer on the way the refurbished country pub is destined for great success.

This Pub is now currently closed for a full refurbishment and hopefully opening in time for summer. New Landlord well known and will make this place the best in the area, Have eaten in a previous place run by him 10/10 high standards. Will be a great traditional country village pub. Can't Wait!!!
