Four real ales from independent breweries plus 2 cask ciders. I tried two of the ales (1 good, the other average). The snug is a bit like someone's front room. Aside from there, the tables and chairs are aimed at diners.

Also known as the Tilley Raven, obviously a food pub with a small but cosy snug. Brilliant beers - obscure real ales very well kept. Food also excellent - best we have had in years - not cheap but well worth it. We went early and did not have to wait long but we expect it gets busy. Well worth checking out - looks to be a great place to take friends who come to stay with us.

Went for a meal here with a load of friends and was greeted by a Rothwieler!! The food was stunning and the young waiting on staff were good the only bad side was the manager/supervisor lady. She was a abrupt, rude, truly horrible lady, and should really think off a career change as a 'people person' she is not!!

Well refurbished pub, bright light and airy.didn,t try the food, there were only four people eating,We drank one of the real ales and must admit was very good, finnished of with a couple of Brandies, nice to see that someone remembers too warm the glasses first, and also were aksed if we would like to dine, another plus point overall a very pleasant welcome..
