| Fantastic Cask Ale (according to my friends). Personally i had the Thatchers Cider which was great. seemed a charming pub (not an Inn - despite the name). Lots of locals so obviously a popular place, even in November there were also people coming in for a pint to escape the chilly canal! Would recommend for the drafts. Not a 'food' pub but if you want a "proper" pint one of the best places around. Trad pub with jukebox and bandits. Swift service from friendly staff. Could do with a bit of interior decoration as a little tired - fab evening though - very nice clientele. Would go again Povester - 3 Nov 2011 21:22 |
