A friendly pub situated in Old Harwich near the Sailing Club. There was a good selection of beers on when I visted, and I would recommend a vist to this establishment when you are in this part of the town. Fakenham - 1 Jul 2008 23:36
Yep, definitely a 10 out of 10 pub. Excellent beer, good food, fun staff, friendly locals and all in a proper pub too. If you find yourself here in Harwich don't miss it! johnthechef - 26 Apr 2008 21:07
Come and experience the charms of old Harwich at this absolutely fantastic local with an ever-changing selection of real ale and probably the world's finest collection of snowglobes. Look out for the Nethergate Priory Mild in the back bar and the lunchtime food. oxo - 18 Oct 2006 10:39
Fantastic - typical classic Essex pub with top beer (Nethergate), superb ham egg & chips, and no pretensions. Great pub in a great town. mtaylor40 - 15 Jul 2006 21:54
