Expensive, and a limited beer selection; but the beer was in good condition and the food was not bad for the price. I'd prefer it dropped a few of the gastropub aspirations, but nothing really wrong with it and plenty right.

Never visited by me before its recent refurb; now a really friendly food-based pub with exceptional value sunday lunch, warm welcome and decent London Pride.
