| Maybe a bit biased as i used to run this lovely old pub. It still is and am sure it will remain so. My lady n i popped in for lunch to the same smiley team, what a credit. | Haven't been here for a couple of years but still found a friendly welcome. Good range of Wadworths beers on tap; I chose the seasonal Malt and Hops which was just right. | A recent Friday lunchtime visit was a very pleasing experience. Excellent beer (alas just the one pint) which accompanied a very tasty lunch. Lots of selection and reasonably priced. The staff are also worth a mention as too often a location, beer etc are let down by the people behind the bar. Not here, they were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
