Cluttered GK outlet - no non GK ales on. Nowhere to sit or perch even when empty. Either kids occupying tables or space elsewhere cluttered up with kids scooters, vacuum cleaners and other crap. Can't see how you can do this with a town centre pub. Anyone who goes in there once is highly unlikely to want to return (however friendly the staff may be)

Lively high street pub (pretty small so it doesn't take many people to make it lively!). Abbott, IPA, Old Speckled Hen, Red Cow Bitter and a couple more... Filled with locals on a Saturday afternoon with a good atmosphere. Darts in back room along with a table skittles table! (one of the old ones with a net at the back and leather padding). Took me back a bit; reminded me of Sileby working mens club as a kid with a bottle of coke on Sunday dinners!

popped in last night and walked in halfway through a pub quiz which seemed popular although its such a small place it doesnt take much to look busy! My pint of wolf "straw dog" was very nice albeit a tad pricey at 3.15,6/10

Small for a High Street pub with an even smaller bar but big enough for 5 hand
pumps between the T bars. Greene King so Abbott, IPA, Old Speckled Hen and a
guest beer which was Coach House Dick Terpin one pump unused.
Also selling cheap fiz with Carlsberg @ 1.99 a pint.

Friendly town pub on main street. A bright, pint of Abbott for 2.76 was efficiently served by the polite barman. Wooden floor, original fireplace, nice and warm. Basic but clean and welcoming with friendly locals.
