Interesting boozer, has a dark interior feel to it but feels comfortable enough
I have come to the conclusion that if you pick almost any boozer down Portobello Road, your in for an enjoyable experience

Very nice pub. Good mix of people and a well-stocked bar.

Oh and you get to see some music royalty passing through here.

Nice little boozer. Colorful enough without being poncy. Good cross-section of the local community and not an angry voice heard all night. Good attentative bar staff, who despite being busy kept no one waiting long. Thai food not bad either. Thumbs up!

The very tasteful, funky taped music is this Establishment's strongest point. The boho/portobellory interior decor is good 'n'all. Do you remember when this was The Golden Cross-Aswad and Sledge (Portobello Celebrity Rasta No.1)posing outside in iconic Adrian Boot photo and the pub was also inspiration to Martin Amis (Loathsome dart player Keith Talent in London Fields)? Memories,misty-coloured-watery memories...
