| We went to the Blue Lion in Hardwich for lunch one saturday whilst house hunting. The pub is really nice, looks a bit like an old house. Inside it has low beams. The food there was really nice - we both had an aberdeen angus burger with blue cheese in foccacia - which was really fresh and tasted nice. They have quite a few ales on tap as well as Scrumpy Jack - which we both had. We sat outside in the beer garden due to the sunshine, it was a really quite road, but quite a few visitors to the pub as we sat there.
