| was fine for a Sunday afternoon reading the papers with a friend, although music swapped between sublime Cafe Del Mar esque CD to a classical vibe...not really what I expect to hear in a bar!The staff were friendly and the wine was pleasant and cold. | It was alright. Nothing special - although in that part of town, that makes it reasonably different. The beer was alright, the atmosphere was fairly chilled and it wasn't heavingly busy so we could all hear ourselves think. Not that cheap, but it's Covent Garden, so that's not unexpected. I'm not a regular in the area, so I won't be rushing back, but I'd definitely consider this again as a convenient central meeting place. unsliced - 12 Jun 2007 08:48 |

| Great vibe for a west end bar. They have very good looking staff there and me and my friends received table service all night. The music was lively, the food delicious and I'm sure the blond girl ( didn't get her name) kept looking at me ! Would definitely recommend. arshad - 3 Apr 2007 19:55 |
| What a great bar ! Had the unusal experience of the barmaid offering me to taste the wines before i bought it. Chose a gorgeous rioja reserve. Atmosphere was lively and friendly and the bar had a very mixed crowd. Saw lots of people eating but had just had dinner elsewhere which was a shame. I'll definately be back when next in the area.
