ive been drinking in this pub for years...now its just a dive the staff are rude to all members of the public and whoever pays for that shower of staff should sack them all...its like a ghost pub now whereas it used to be a good pub...it has totally gone downhill and mostly because of the staff who work there.

Getting worse. I have been popping in the odd time and oh boy what a dump. Not only have all the decent drinkers left, the decent staff have gone also. The place is filthy and the staff are lazy, coarse and couldn't care less. This place will close down again if these idiots are left to run it.

Terrible boozer now. Dirty, really badly run and now has the worst staff possible, they are ignorant and you can't get served. I've started along with many of the guys to drink in the Woodcutter along the road. I can take my wife there with no fear of hassle as the Maltings recently is full of folk who are barred from everywhere else. I've drunk in this pub for over thirty years and have never seen it as bad as it has got in the last month.
