| This bar has now changed its name to The Capital, however, there have been (as far as I can see) few other changes. It is fairly pleasant centre of town bar, one of the better "up-market wine bar types", and is nice for a quite drink. While the prices tend to be a touch higher than nearby pubs, the drinks are fairly good, if somewhat predictable, and the surroundings fairly comfortable. alistair_cross - 31 May 2005 12:27 |
