user reviews of Six Bells, Bearsden

please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

This pub is brilliant since it was taken over by the new owners. The only downside are the stairs to the restaurant upstairs which is a problem if you are disabled. You can eat downstairs if you want. The food is fantastic whether eating upstairs or downstairs and I would recommend the steaks and if you are having a steak you must have one of the chef's own sauces (the Diane sauce is my particular favourite) but the other ones are just as fantastic. Once you have eaten your fill you can go downstairs and be entertained by the landlord or one of the acts he brings in to entertain everyone. All in all a pub not to be missed.
