| hi, just a quick review on this beautiful pub, i rate this very high for its quality and prices of real ales , the landlady is such a lovely person and always has the time of day to talk to you, listen to your ideas, and most of all make you feel at home. All we really need now is a few more customers to give it a try and i assure you that you would visit it again and again, the real ale is kept in excellent condition and my personal preference is the ale called scarrybird, the pub has a open fire and a tv showing terestial programmes, there is no juke box or pool table (thank you for that) just good beer and conversation. robbo1088 - 5 Mar 2010 10:54 |
| I am now open and welcome new customers. First live music is on Saturday 20th March with Foc'sle an Irish folk band. Music will be on alternate Saturdays.
