A great old style pub. Has live music on Tuesdays and Saturdays. On Tuesdays a guy called Flick plays and musicians are encouraged to bring along their instrument and join in. On Saturdays there are great local bands like Six Miles Away, The Flying Tigers and The Undercovers. Nice pint too!

Under newish management. We had a brilliant meal here in January 2008. Everything we ordered was first class and presented well.

The sun Inn has just been taken over by a catering company called Avid Cactus. The food was excellent. The pub retains its 15th centuary feel with a stylish resturant area, some light and jazzy music too.

Used to have a good Indian restaurant in the back which has now disappeared - still have tables and a menu but OMG, what an absolutely terrible menu it is. We walked out tonight and went elsewhere. Burger and chips, scampi and chips, gammon and chips...
