| Traditional, slightly old fashioned feel to this pub. Wadworths 6X and Hobgoblin available on my visit. Judging by the few pumpclips around the bar the choice of ales is limited to the usual suspects. Decent AOR playing in the background. GazzaTheBeerMan - 7 Jan 2008 10:45 |
| Quite nice pub in Aldershot. Had a pint of Adnams (£2.70) which was ok but would've preferred the Bombardier which wasn't available. Didn't have any food but did notice they do Sunday roasts. Interior is reasonably clean as were the toilets and there's a dart board and pool table there too. Friday nights are karaoke nights which generate a really good atmosphere. IMHO this is one of the better pubs in the area as you don't feel as if you're about to get your head kicked in unlike some other establishments in Aldershot... 7/10. wezmiester - 14 Jul 2007 07:32 |
