| Recently dropped by this pub to see what it was like. Initial thoughts are that it caters more for food customers than beer drinkers as you are met by a number of reserved tables. Only two ales on (Ruddles & Olde Trip) but both were of a good quality. Didn't try the food (roasts are £10 by the way) but from what I could tell these were extremely popular with other customers. Staff were very efficient and friendly. I feel that this pub deserves to do well and I will probably drop by again in the summer but only if I am passing.
