| A Large modern boozer with two bars, pool table and small eating area, situated off the main road with a light and airy interior and excellent parking, also the added advantage of a chippy next door. New owners have just taken over, the pint of IPA was well kept, however as with the majority of GK owned premises there is little else to tempt the ale drinker. | Recently taken over by Elly White, who is well known in stowmarket as she used to run 2 other pubs.Elly and her family has turned this pub around from being a dark and grotty hole to bright, welcoming, friendly, clean and a great place to have a laugh with fantastic home cooking at lunch times and evenings.
