The Invited played here in September 2010 and found Ian & Jayne to be very welcoming and accommodating given that we, the band, had so much gear and almost blocked access to the beer cellar! ;-) We had a cracking gig in front of a small but appreciative audience - and best accolade of all.......... we'll be going back!

not been here yet but my brother in law has just taken over as manager, he turned a pub around to a great famiy pub recentely and i can vouch he has a passion for great beer hence keeping his product in top shape always. You will get a good pint in any pub that he is managing.

This is a very nice clean pub in Ipswich. It has been refurbished and is very nice indeed. It has a outside smoking area which is being improved to make it even more comfortable. Last time I went in it had families using it as well. A well maintained pub which deserves to do well after it had its refurbishment.

Reopened on October 9th, no longer under the Greene King banner. Live music and karaoke advertised going forward.
