| 'Knees up Muvva-Braaaan'!!.......... Well,yet another pub in Bury St Edmunds suddenly totally overcome with Chavs and 'diamond geezers' drinking stella and talking bollox.I can only think that they've been ejected from another boozer elsewhere. A distinct 'Mockney' vibe in here.utterly forgettable experience. Yeah,there's a beer garden,but its next to Parkway mini-roundabouts so you'll have to shout loudly at your kids when they're passing out due to the Carbon Monoxide poisoning. Try walking a bit further into town along St Andrews Street.It'd be a shame to end up in here. I worry about Bury St Edmunds sometimes.Jesus.......... toolster - 3 Jul 2009 18:10 |

| It may have been rubbish but is now a very pleasant pub with lovely garden and children's area. Greene King IPA, if not the definitive article (try Mellis) is still very distinctive. Try it. mtaylor40 - 10 Sep 2006 20:19 |
