The downstairs "jazz bar" was closed when we visited so we had to make do with the upstairs café.

To be honest the beer was awful, flat with no taste.

Just had one then left, not our cup of tea at all.

3/10

Goodbody's location makes it an ideal bar for both starting and finishing a great night out. The drinks prices are great and served with a smile - which always makes them taste better :) The friendly doormen secure a trouble free and relaxing night.

I've found myself many nights settling upstairs with a fine cooked breakfast and hot mug of tea, laughing a joking along with the friendly staff.

I wouldn't think twice recommending both Goodbody's bar and cafe to friends. And we alway's seem to end there anyway.

Most recently Goodbody's have begun advertising their bakery, here's hoping them success and I'll sure be dropping by for a steaming hot pasty. Thanks guys!

Went here last night for the second time... my friend asked for tap water and he said they dont serve it! Shocking, wont be returning obnoctious bloke behind the counter. Dissapointing!

I visited this establishment on st.patricks day 2007 whilst visiting plymouth for the weekend. Most enjoyable! The decor of assorted England paraphernalia (by the way I was unable to say this word after 6 pints of guiness) made me feel like I was on holiday abroad in an english bar. I consumed a very pleasant chicken salad which was excellent value.

Brilliant steak breakfasts, ideal for a late night out on the town. Fantastic place, bouncers are nobheads though.
