| This pub having been previously run into the ground by unqualified wannabes is now back under the wing of a couple who know what they're doing. A good selection of beer at reasonable prices, a truly exquisite menu, michelin quality but not michelin priced. Quiz nite's back on and the £50 bar tab gets a few in. Sunday nite's live bands are always good and there are loads of teams to join. The staff are friendly and the whole pub has a great atmosphere. anonymous - 31 Aug 2006 15:52 |
| It is sad to see this pub so empty but it is over priced and I feel it will not give the return on capital. It has to change in 2006 or it will close down. It's live bands on Sunday do fill the Pub but it can't sell enough beer to pay for the entertainment. Watch this space, see if I'm right carrot - 8 Jun 2006 21:07 |
