| Inept clumsy staff (split drinks all over a guest, including hearing aid) Said there was no vodka in the soup - obviously there was a two children ill very shortly afterwards Rude staff - said they were plating up when asked 3 times where the food was, in the end it took 2 hours from arrival to receive main course. Kept forgetting things and no offer of sauces Food - bland - not worth the wait Thoroughly disappointing and certainly would not visit again or recommend to anyone. Totally appalling. | Wonderful find this place. Ceratinly worth the drive. Great ales, and Aspells cider, which is always a plus. Good menu. Atmosphere somewhat sterile, but dont be put off by that. This is as good as an English traditional pub gets. valtojos - 17 Sep 2008 05:33 |
