| Not too much to gripe about here - a good opportunity to try Evans and Evans ales, which seemed in excellent nick. Bar woman very friendly and are keen on pets with a budgie perched at the bar, and two dogs running around the gaff. Ah yes, the toilets stank, that would be my only complaint. And I do mean stank. | Very friendly pub and well-kept Evan Evans beer. During our three night stay in Brecon we tried all four Evan Evans offerings between us. On each night we were made to feel very welcome. | On a visit to Brecon called in on recommendation of previous comments. Pub served well kept selection of Even Evans beer. Food was good quality and value and the staff made us very welcome. So much so that we went back the following evening. SpicedVice - 19 Jul 2007 09:06 |
