Old skool pub. This won't be for everyones taste but if you don't mind a proper old skool booze you should give this a go. Always been friendly when i've been in. Pool table ect

"Birmingham City Fc Home pub! avoid if you are an away fan!"

I think you have the wrong Clements. The bluenose loons frequent the one just by their stadium, not one the other side of town.

I assume you're a bluenose.

Anyway, I wouldn't recommend going here, the beer is pretty awful and you'll more than likely find yourself the only person in the place.

It gives me no pleasure to really run a place down, however, as i will never go back in as it was that bad, i can only make this comment based on one visit. The M&B mild was undrinkable. I ordered, paid, sat, tasted, rose and left. That was a 'real time' report.

JB, who could possibly drink strychnine if served in a mild glass, succumbed after managing just a further sip.
