Brilliant place to go for the 'Craic',owners are really friendly, historically a typical working man's pub where everybody congregated on Friday afternoon's at the end of a hard week.Never seen any 'hooligan element'& have used the pub for 25 years, including match days.10/10 RPD1955 - 30 May 2007 16:05

True - gets busy on match days, but 'hooligan' tag a bit harsh. Only seen general high spirits whenever I've been in, same as all footy pubs. Dazzlin66 - 24 Mar 2005 09:01
Moody match day pub Long history for being the pub where Villa's hooligan element meet before and after games. punchdrunk1975 - 1 Mar 2005 11:31
