Good choice of food, particularly the extensive childrens menu. The food was delicious, piping hot and there wasn't a long wait. Clean toilets with a baby changing mat (although we no longer need one of those). Great place to refuel after a day at Chessington.

Run-down old boozer, over-priced for what it is... Won't be back. Monthly gathering for bikers and Hells Angels, if you like that sort of thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like it, crowded on a Sunday lunch but still good service.

I visited on a saturday lunch last year and wanted something light but the menu didn't cater and the place seemed a bit run down. But I have visited again last month for a midweek evening meal in a big group and it was really nice, a new great menu with lots of choice in classic/normal meals. Huge portions and the puddings were divine. Actually thinking of going back again soon.

It looks a bit run down from the outside, but it has a 'cosy pub' feel to it on the inside. However, I got the feeling it was a place for 'locals' and not for outsiders.

This place was REALLY quiet at lunchtime on the Saturday we went. We went in after having read good things about the pub, but was a little disappointed by the initial shock of its run-down exterior, and the menu. We left shortly, and didn't even bother having lunch here.

However, I have since driven past this place and it seems to be packed during the weekends.

Maybe I will pluck up the courage to try this another time, and see what I'm missing!
