| Visited on a quiet midweek lunchtime, there were a few people dotted around the bar. This has been refurbished recently and given a good clean. Rather lacking in atmosphere, although that may change in the evening/at weekends when there is live music. Food was delicious, I can recommend the venison & stilton pies, my wife had fillet of fish in a remarkably light, melt in the mouth beer batter.Servings, while not massive were sufficient and left space to enjoy my pint of Wells Bombardier, they also had Deuchars on draught as well as the usual keg suspects.
