| The pub was my home for several years, wich was the happpies days of my life, my father and i ( mucked in ) to provide a service - although it was minimal sometimes, it provided a local service in wich i made contact with a lot of locals that i am pleased to say made a big impact on my life ??? needless to say some was good and some was bad ( i prefered the bad -lol)- at the end of the day i missed you guys alot when i finally went and often think of you now!!- 2many names 2 mention - but moff and gillies stick to mind from the regs and Archie for being top barman and friend to my father and of course Racheal wich was my fathers partner wich i still keep in contact reguarly- At the end of the day in my memory its an A1 pub but its the people and not the building that makes it the pub that it is. duncangroat - 8 May 2007 21:44 |
