please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

Out of all of the places we've been,
we'll never forget the Fiddichside Inn

Staring longingly at the picture on our screen saver,
doesn't quite recreate the warm, cozy flavor

How many times we wished we were there,
being so far away, just doesn't seem fair

We braved the northern scottish elements,
snow, rain and hail,
I had a cider, my love had an ale

The men in their wellies, after a day on the Spey,
stood near the fire, keeping the cold at bay

Just like a postcard, I purchased at a store,
the captivation of the Inn, rose from ceiling to floor

The old Fiddichside,
it's charm like a home,
the hearth so inviting,
we chose to not roam

When it was necessary to depart,
we left with a sad and heavy, heavy heart
