Met up with some friends last week - very nice pint s) of Ringwood bitter.
pub small, no food but hospitable atmosphere.

The best pub in London - no doubt. Always a party.

i think this pub is brilliant! Prompt, friendly and good looking staff. The beer is great too. Would definitely recommend.

I think the friendly / unfriendly debate on the Savoy Tup is asy to decipher. Going in wearing an antiwr t shirt amongst a gaggle of suits I got a really warm welcome from the barmaids and priority service! Perhaps their attitude to punters is determined by the attitude they get from the clients. Certainly when a loads of suits are watching the football in there, the staff's spirits must droop.

Don't know about the upstairs bar - i was on the street on a friday. Barstaff were brilliant (it helped that it appeared to be hotpants day) but they were superbly efficient. Beer was drinkable, shame about the location - they need to sort out some outside seating.
