| OK bar and location. However the bouncer is a nasty piece of work. Leering at women, chatting up girls at the bar rather than working the door. Shouting at people in an aggressive and sarcastic way to finish their drinks bang on closing time. Here is a tip for this bar: stop serving drinks 10 minutes earlier if you want a clean break at closing time rather than get a thug to force drink down your customer's necks. | A very stylish atmosphere and feel to this place.It has a very impressive range of european beers as well some real ales (though i havent actually tried the real ale yet here - just been gorging myself on the bottled continental stuff).The staff are generally very friendly as well.Nice place! | Great bar. In the afternoon the music is "there" without being too much. I bet this is a great place to go at night. Plus the barman gave us a free diet coke when we accidentally wobbled the table and spilt ours. Nige - 21 May 2006 00:22 |
