A very warm, friendly and welcoming pub. When new to the village the staff were more than welcoming and introduced me to members of the community. It is almost a home from home now and will happily recommend it to friends and colleagues. Food is excellent and beer is cold (What more could any sailor want?).

Give it a try and tell the barstaff 'the singleman' sent you.

The Fox is one of the best pubs in Wiltshire because all of their food is cooked from fresh and they cater for vegetarians and gluten free people. The bar staff and the chef are friendly, the chef will pop out for a chat when he's finished cooking, if your still at the pub of course. The Foxtrot '5' ( a five mile road race/fun run) was introduced last year and raised approx.£800 for local charities. This years event is on Sun.27th.August, 11.0am start from the 'Common' in Broughton Gifford, entries on the day at the village hall behind The Fox, The Street.

Since being taken over 2 months ago, The Fox has been transformed into a very warm and welcoming pub (free house) with wonderful bar staff and excellent chef.It has a comfortable bar area and a non smoking dining area. The waiting staff are very friendly and proffesional and the food is superb.
