I've been a lot to this pub this year and think the food is great and very good value for money - 2 meals for 10. Usually go on a Sunday lunchtime and the service is good, the staff are friendly and although there are children there they don't run riot.

This restaurant is great value for money - how can 2 mixed grills for 12.95 be bad?!
Weekends are always busy I tend to avoid going then... but week nights are brilliant, staff seem to have a lot more time for you as they are not so rushed so service is fantastic.
Great for kids, I'd definately recommend going and seeing what you think for yourself, instead of reading these untrue reviews!

Horrifyingly average. Food is expensive for what you get. Been once but won't be going again.

Bermuda park is very hit and miss. If your food comes as ordered and you have no reason to talk to the staff then youll probably think its value for money. The second you need help from the staff you are on your own. The manager just shrugs his shoulders and tells you to write to head office if you have a complaint. They also just stop serving food if the level of customers drops off; 9.30pm on a Friday night is too early to stop serving in my opinion.
I live locally so visit on occasions as the two for one is good value when they get the food right so my friends like it as it is a cheap meal out. I just maintain low expectations so as not to feel disappointed when I go there with a group of friends.
As an alternative there is a Frankie and Bennys, The Griff Beefeater and the Griff Inn all within one mile.

I visited this restaurant with some of my family, the meal I received was not worth the charge that was made. The waitress had a couldn't care less attitude. We arrived as a group and one half had eaten when the rest were still waiting and complaining to a manager who again couldn't care less. Instead of asking the waiting adults in the group about themissing order all comments were directed to the childlren. one comment was they were having trouble with the chef. when the second lot of meals arrived they were wrong and one of the eggs was almost raw. I will not recommend or visit this restaurant again, and will tell all my friends and business contacts to avoid its sloppy and unprofessional approach to food and service
