| Great local boozer. Older crowd mostly - nice to see the place done up - definitely needed a good paint job. Prices much lower than Harlow average, never any trouble and a lot cleaner and more welcoming than some I could mention. Not much in the way of real ale (only Courage Best), but this is Harlow...... | A completely different beast under the new management. Great suburban watering hole. Food served 12pm-4pm if travelling up the road, 12pm-6pm if coming down. Watch out for the random jukebox - it won't play the songs you choose. Tall Paul - 13 Oct 2004 11:41 |
