| Has gone down hill a bit since the new ownership. Prices have gone up quite a bit yet still no money spent doing up the toilets! Good place to watch Arsenal play but beware they charge £5 to get in on match days but its redemable at the bar. Just to stop the people who use the services but dont buy a drink. | Harmless but grotty. I'm afraid it's got that 'loser' feel. If you need a beer at Manor House walk south to ther Brownswood which has that 'local' feel. Quite different. danrkelly - 10 May 2005 11:22 |
| The best local pub in the area. All the locals use it, its great for locals. Bar staff friendly and local and they do a good range of spirits if beer isn't your bag. Saying that, be rude not to sample the amber nectar! Good for picking up the locals too! Mark Conway - 12 Oct 2004 19:06 |
