Good pub with everything included. Sky, pool, smoking area and nice customers. Not your usual watford dregs of society. Young and enthusiastic staff. Would love to have this a my local. Theobserver - 9 Apr 2008 15:30
When I first knew this pub it had the magnificent name of The Leviathan with an impressive pub sign to match. It then got sold to some philistines who took down the signage, replaced it with a tacky banner and renamed it Champions. Clearly they had no idea how to run a pub and it went down hill quickly. A new guv’nor arrived called John who instilled a bit of discipline, and a lot of professionalism, adding a couple of hand pumps along the way. He has now left but the pub continues to flourish, serves a decent pint and is a good place to watch sports or have a game of pool. Millay - 8 Dec 2007 18:41
Ok Pub.Guinness was ok The DJ's were superbon Saturday,a good mix of Ska Punk and Northern Soul. Downside is it's got an Arsenal shirt on the wall. tottenhamsean - 20 Aug 2007 12:47

Good pub to watch the football or play pool, a bit expensive compared to some pubs out of town but better than most pubs in the area. Darren - 12 Oct 2004 12:23
