| Very welcoming pub in middle of very quiet village. Very close to river trent. Excelent range of hand pulled ales. Very nice guest ciders. Landlord DOES NOT tollerate loutish behaviour which was very evident. Can't reccomend this pub highly enough and neither can my family. Did not try food as we were in after 8 but haerd excelent reports. Sitting listening to the bells of the local church having a pint was very relaxing Paul - 25 Aug 2004 23:47 |
